Ingredients:
Serving for 6 persons
- 500gm salmon fillet, skin removed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp furikake (Japanese rice seasoning)
- Nori sheets, cut into small strips
- Sesame seeds, for garnish.

How To Cook:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and spread the mixture over the top. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Bake the salmon for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and flake it into small pieces.
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water finely. In a rice cooker or a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice and water. Cook the rice.
- In a small saucepan, combine the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat until the sugar and salt dissolve. Pour the mixture over the cooked rice and gently fold to combine. Let the rice cool slightly.
- In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce.
