Ingredients:
- 500gm flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 6 oz rice noodles, cooked according to package instructions
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
How To Cook:
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Add sliced flank steak and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add minced ginger and garlic, and sauté for about 30 seconds.
