  • 120 g light cream cheese
  • 400 g low fat greek yoghurt
  • 1 scoop of Whey protein powder ( Cream and Cookie or Chocolate flavour preferred)
  • Chocolate sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g low fat cottage cheese
  • 12 reduced-fat Oreo cookies
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

*TOPPING *

  • 1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
  • 10g coca powder
  • 40ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 crushed oreos

How To Cook:

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Crush half of the Oreos into fine crumbs and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, Whey protein powder, vanilla extract, eggs and cornstarch. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Chop remaining Oreos and fold into the batter.
  • Pour batter over the crust on prepared springform pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  • Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
